I created “Fuller Fit” programs because so many of my friends and colleagues without realizing began to lose fitness and become pre occupied with annoying injuries and ailments, gradually losing their former active and fulfilling lifestyle. Building strength and fitness is the key to getting that back.
For years I have spent time and money on being fit to be active, play sport and take on new challenges. I could see there were lots of over 50’s who with the right personalised programs could bring back their former active self. So I started Fuller Fit to help.
