“You can says Rod Fuller creator of Fuller Fit training programs”
Life is a journey and over the course of that journey your purpose in life naturally changes.
The journey gets a little trickier as you get older, not just due to your age but all the responsibilities you take on, whether it be family, financial or just the reliable odd job man.
At FULLER FIT we can relate to that journey and that’s why we have developed “FIT FOR PURPOSE” training programs for all of the different life stages. One of the most difficult stages is for men in their 40’s, particularly for guys with demanding jobs, juggling family, financial demands and loss of fitness. This is especially true for fathers who owing to the fact that years are passing them by and they may have some personal goals they have not yet met.
Most of all they want to be a FIT DAD TO BE A ROLE MODEL FOR THEIR KIDS
( insert action shot father and son )
It’s not by chance that successful sports stars all credit their family ( and their Dads) as a big reason for their success. Whilst we all can’t be a Dad of an AFL star we can be a role model to make sure our kids grow up to be fit, active and confident to enjoy the benefits of sport and an active and rewarding life style.
A FULLER FIT FOR PURPOSE training program can help you be a fabulous Role Model.
What’s more on a personal level you’ll be a lot HAPPIER.
I know from my own experience that a HAPPY DAD IS A FIT DAD AND A GREAT ROLE MODEL.
Here’s how a FULLER FIT exercise program works to make you HAPPIER
Reduces Stress
Promotes the release of “Feel Good Hormones”
Re-energises your Mind and Body
It’s the best way to deal with Anxiety
Helps boost your Confidence
Helps boost your Immunity
You will Sleep better
Why do the Fuller Fit programs work?
They work because they are tried and tested and not just the latest exercise fads promoted on social media promising immediate and spectacular results.
There are 5 basic components that underpin our programs
Body Composition -The ratio of lean body mass to fat body mass.
Flexibility -The ability of muscles, ligaments and tendons to stretch and allow large movement.
Muscular Strength - Ability of muscles to exert a large force several times.
Muscular Endurance - Ability of muscles to produce repeated efforts.
Aerobic Capacity - Ability of heart and lungs to deliver oxygen through blood to all working muscle for an extended time.
Depending on your fitness goals your exercise program will most likely incorporate a range of lower and upper body exercises. For the lower body this will see you completing exercises such as Lunges, Squats, Step Ups, Glute Bridge Marches.
For the upper body it will incorporate exercises such as Push Ups, Burpees, Bench Dips, Rows, Sit Ups and Prone Bridges.
I am a Dad and because of my age and experience I completely understand all of your daily challenges and know first hand how being fit and healthy will help you meet them.
ABOVE ALL A FIT DAD WILL MAKE YOU A ROLE MODEL FOR YOUR KIDS.
